Dawadekho Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Process:
- Customers can cancel their orders either through the Dawadekho website or by contacting our customer care at 9568340740.
- Cancellations must be initiated before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and customers will need to follow the return process.
2. Return Policy
We have 7 days return policy
2.1 Products Not Eligible for Return
As per the terms offered by our sellers, certain products are not eligible for return under the following circumstances:
- Opened or Used Products:
- If the item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured, it is not eligible for return. Customers are advised to carefully check the package at the time of delivery.
- Tampered Products:
- If the product or its packaging has been tampered with, it cannot be returned. Customers should inspect the packaging upon delivery and refuse the order if it appears tampered.
- Non-Returnable Products:
- If it is explicitly mentioned on the product detail page that the product is non-returnable, it cannot be returned.
- Missing Accessories/Freebies:
- If any accessories or freebies supplied with the product are missing, the product cannot be returned.
- Serial Number/Barcode Issues:
- If the product does not have the original serial number, UPC number, or barcode affixed (which was present at the time of delivery), it is not eligible for return.
- Manufacturer’s Warranty:
- Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty will render the product non-returnable.
- Original Packing/Accessories:
- Products without their original packing and accessories/freebies are not eligible for return.
- Misuse Damage:
- Products that are damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
2.2 Specific Product Categories Not Eligible for Return
Certain product categories are generally non-returnable due to the nature of the items:
- Personal Care Products
- Baby Care Products (including but not limited to diapers, baby food, etc.)
- Food & Nutrition
- Healthcare Devices
- COVID Essentials (including but not limited to masks, gloves, etc.)
- Sexual Wellness Products (including but not limited to condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, etc.)
Note: Dawadekho will accept returns of the aforementioned products only if they are found to be defective, deficient, spurious, or not as advertised, or if they are delivered late.
3. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will credited to the original payment method in 2-3 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used during the purchase.
- Please note that certain payment modes may take additional time to reflect in your account.
